Old School

Hello all! We hope you are having a wonderful time.

This post is inspired by the '70s trends. A-line skirts and flared pants were staples in women's wardrobes. The button front skirts were hyped pieces then. Denim was a preferable choice, cut to a midi length.

During the 'Mc Decade', miniskirts had reached an all-time popularity leaving behind the midi length skirts and dresses, though the denim A-line midis were still preferred. To punctuate the vintage skirt, a contemporary piece, the bralette was added here. Anything made of suede was another head turner.

The women dressed androgynous with loose bottom like the wide legged pants, which were a must in every women's closet. These can be efficiently used even now, keeping in mind the approaching summer. The key here is to take basic '70s elements and dress them with a modern twist.

We are delighted to announce that this is our first pit stop in the odyssey of our journey. This post will be close to our hearts for the very reason of being the 25th. We cordially invite you to be with us throughout the journey and also invite your loved ones to share their views and inspire us through their appreciation and criticism.

You could send them an invite to our FB page : where they can get a glimpse of our blog.

We wish you a blessed Palm Sunday. May the Lord bless you in the coming Holy week.
